Why can I not Access JockBod Radio?

To access the JockBod Radio you must have an account on our site,
an active personal ad and be logged into this account before accessing the JockBod Radio.
If you receive this error and you are logged in and your personal ad is active please contact us. |

When I click the Link Nothing Happens?

Turn off ALL popup blockers or add our site to the "ALLOW" list in your
popup blocking software. |

What do the buttons do?

Click the Play button to start the audio stream,
click the pause or stop button to stop listening. The Slider bar controls the volume. To must slide it
all the way to 0. |

Is this Licensed??

We are fully licensed through contracts with
the largest music affiliations including BMI.
Our BMI Music Performance Agreement allows us access to BMI's award-winning catalog of
approximately 4.5 million works and public performance of all such works!

What speed connection is necessary to listen?

You will need at least a 56kb HIGH QUALITY link but a DSL or faster is
the only way to listen at full quality. |

The Music Stopped?

This is an issue with the streaming server. Every 4-6 hours it will
reset and you will need to close your JockBod radio window and open it again. |

The music got faster/slower?
|
| |
This occurs if 1) Your system is running low on system resources,
2) You are running multiple instances of ***FLASH***, 3) You have been listening for a long period of time (close
the player and reopen), 4) you need to upgrade your flash (click the get flash link above), 5 an unknown issue occured
please contact me to report it! |

What version Flash Player do I need?

You will need version 6 which is FREE to download and use and
installed on 98% of all computers ALREADY! If you have issues with the software please upgrade to Flash 7 which
is more stable. |

What is next with this software?

If we get enough interest in the software we will place
more music online, advanced player controls and more. There is about 150 functional improvements on the
slate right now but we are always looking for more. Please send in your suggestions, comments and such today
so we can include them in the next version of the software. |

I am having trouble accessing the Video Chat, I cannot connect or have trouble connecting?

The chat software is setup to use 3 different ports for communication. If you cannot connect please
CLICK HERE to run our communication testing software. This software tests out different communication paths
to our servers and then opens an Email to send the results to us! |
