JockBod values your privacy and is
committed to protecting it. All personal information collected is only used by JockBod
for the said purpose for which it is collected. The information collected for a contest
or personal ad will only be used in the context for which you have signed up or selected it
to be used in. JockBod does reserve the right to share information with selected companies
which JockBod feels would help said users in some way. For example a user trying to loose
weight may contact JockBod and JockBod would then contact a weight loss company so that this
person may benefit from their product. We do not give, sell, or trade your personal information to others
without your consent. You can choose for JockBod not to share any information when you sign up or
at any time after you sign up in the members account area.
We use completely unobtrusive methods to measure and scale your web experience.
Information such as IPs, dial up speed or domains are used by JockBod to determine the best possible
way to deliver the best website experience. We do gather information about visitors
but we try not to uniquely identify a person or organization for purposes other than
our own use. We use our statistical information gathered by our web site to improve

JockBod servers up weekly, monthly, annual, administrative and other newsletters that
you can choose to be a part of through your membership. Once you choose to receive these
Emails you will have the choice at anytime to stop them for any reason. Just visit the
Members Account Area to choose which Emails you wish to receive or not to receive. JockBod
does reserve the right to send its members Emails or contact them via phone or snail mail
if there is a problem with their account, the site, or for other administrative uses when
necessary. These Administrative Emails will typically be only used in emergency situations,
contacting for a contest winner, password forgotten, etc. You cannot choose not to receive
these Emails since doing so would prohibit JockBod from using automated systems, reduce your
web site experience and/or not enable JockBod to contact you for some necessary reason(s).
