A Secret to Huge Arms
Building big arms starts with a killer workout. Most men
find it easy to build up their chest and shoulders, but for some building big
arms is almost an impossible mission. First things first, to get big arms you
have to work them out hard, with proper form, consistently and allow them enough
time to recuperate.
This you probably know, but what you might not know is that
big arms are also partially a function of how large your upper body is. This is
similar to the effect of having a small waist which makes your chest look even
larger because of the V shape of the body.
Your arms are also proportioned to your body. The smaller and leaner you are the larger your
arms will look. This does not mean that you need a lean chest and shoulders to have large arms,
no, but it does help to have a very small waist.
Now that you know that big arms look even bigger on someone who is
very lean, that should be part of your plan. Next you need to be working them
out. There are a few rules to working out your arms. Finally the actual
exercises that you will need to stick to and which ones you can work in and out.
