Proper Use
Proper use of the JockBod site requires that EVERYONE WHO ACCESSES THIS SITE AGREES TO AND WILL FOLLOW the Terms of Service/Use, the law, any rules or guidelines which are stated/implied or any rules, requests or guidelines created, issued, updated or removed (not limited to this list) by authorized staff. At no time will JockBod engage in illegal or questionable practices. If you feel that we are in error and that one of our staff, a member or other party has broken the law or one or more the the following Terms, please inform us as soon as possible by email at admin ( at sign ) JockBod DOT com please remove the spaces, change the ( at sign ) to an @ and make the DOT a period. The Terms of Service may be changed in anyway, at anytime with or without reason or notification. At no time will the Terms of Service limit the activites, requests, judgement calls, and/or function(s) of our staff or the owners. The owners, at their discression, can excercise whatever actions, judgement calls, creation or changing of Policies and/or Terms to maintain a safe and respectful community for people to meet, learn about fitness. interact and/or find love. The staff and owners have full authority over the site and site content and as such some content is not allowed and may be removed, changed or such without notice. JockBod is a privately run site, access to this site is granted by the owners and never guarenteed. Those that agree to follow and follow all Terms are granted the privilege of access, posting info, email, personal ad creation, image/file posting, and/or other privileges information. Being that this is a privately run site your freedom of speech here is a privilege not a right. Our staff has full authority over content approval, account reviews, membership upgrades/downgrades, personal ads content, images, etc and this serves as notice that they can, at their discretion, add, change, remove and/or revoke privileges, copy, content, information, data, images, etc with out notice or explanation. JockBod is not responsible for the content or activities that go on between members, in member areas, personal ads, member posted pictures, instant messaging, email, or any area of the site. Those accessing the site are responsible for any actions that they may take based on the content they receive from this or any other site. Be safe and use caution at all times when reveiwing information provided on sites, person ads, through emails, or any communication since that information is supplied as is, may not be appropriate or safe for you and/or may not be for someone at your skill level, age or experience so please use you better judgement! You should review the terms of service regularly as to stay up to date with those changes. It is the members responsibility to stay current with the TOS. The Terms of Service may also be referred to as Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Terms of Conduct, Code, Terms, Site Terms and/or Terms/Usage. The word "Service" in the name Terms of Service does NOT mean or imply promissed or contracted access, guarentees on service or uptimes or any type of service at anytime! Use of the site is free to those who agree to follow the TOS only. If you cannot fulfill the Terms of Service, are breaking the law by accessing this site please leave now! We cannot be held responsible since we have asked you to leave. Those who have received a membership revoked notice, ad removed, access suspended or other request to discontinue communications are politely asked to not access the site until authorized in writting by the owners.

Membership and Supporters
Membership to JockBod.com is FREE. There are also supporter members who have donated money to the site but this is not required. Any membership may be canceled at anytime without refund and/or for any reason. Supporter Memberships are typically based on a subscription model and are billed in accordance with the time frame and dollar value that the member agrees upon at the time of donation. Memberships are non refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and do not guarantee use of the site, timely response, access times, or anything else. Membership to JockBod is free but offers only basic service. Supporter memberships are for members who send in a certain dollar amount receive added benefits to the site and see the appropriately deemed data, information, content or such. Some Features offered may be in development, may be non-functional due to bugs, or may have been temporarily removed due to some issue. These features may be changed, updated, upgraded or offered at different times, levels or in different ways without notice. Features listed for donating members (Supporters) are offered as a bonus for making a donation to our site but that donation does not guarentee use of the site or any features of the site. JockBod does not guarantee up time, access times or any other access to our servers. JockBod strives to offer you the best web experience possible and will continue to do so without any warranty or guarantee of service, access rights, access time, or any other rights outside of those granted by JockBod. All login information is tracked at JockBod. We use this information internally only and do not sell this tracking information. The information we track is public data that your web browser shares with us, such as version of browser, OS, machine type, IP, etc. This information is then used to create a better site for everyone!

All information pertaining to your membership, login information, and such is stored in our servers. This private membership information is used to improve the service, protect our site from false ads, and such. This membership information is not shared to anyone on the site and is normally only used internally. Persons whom sign up release all of this information to the owners of JockBod but still are responsible for this posted material (see more details in this document) and must understand that we track this and other information over time and may store it forever. Members requesting their inforamation being *deleted* from the database, need not request it from us. Simply place your personal ad in hidden mode for 6 months or more and your account will be deactivated and then when we archive data, it will be placed in our archives. No membership information will be deleted at anytime under any request and this is notice as of our policy and also notice that if you do not accept this policy you cannot join this site! Please understand that by joining JockBod you are giving total release to all information you send to our site. If you do not agree with this policy please do not sign up! If you wish your account to be suspended, so that you cannot log into the site anymore, for whatever personal reasons, email the webmaster your first name, last name, email addres, password and zip code from which you signed up for. Suspened accounts are archived faster than non-suspended accounts but the information is still not deleted.

Account Suspention Guides and Right To Re-Use Ads
You can only request 1 suspention per 6 months and this ad must at least 3 months old. Ads that are newer than 3 months, created in bulk to consume our resources and/or at the discression of the staff not be suspended. You should hide your ad, turn off email and leave the account alone for 6 months to allow it to be archived. With your Personal Ad hidden and email turned off you are basically suspending your ad yourself without ever having to contact us. No one on the site can see a hidden ad nor can they know you are or might have been member since your ad is not available. Email requests to have ads suspended that do not meet these terms or any deemed at the descretion of the staff, requests for total deletion, not supplying the correct information or such will be ignored. Ads that contain false information, repeated requests for deletion and/or have be changed or posted information that defaces, attempts to slander, is offensive but not limited to this list, will NEVER BE SUSPENDED NOR DELETED since these are sent to our legal team for possible legal actions. These will be reset to their their origional format and then re-used, re-created or for other purposes in other ways or used in other areas of the site as determined by the owners at their dicression. One example is this one and please remember you have agreed to release all posted information and release all privacy and permissions from the information in order to join this site!

Exampe 1: A member places an ad on the site. It rans for about 4 months and then the member decides to leave. This member does not take the time to read or search the F.A.Q., look in the My Personal Ad -> Preferences for a away to hide the ad and/or they fail to ask our staff about how to remove their ad. Instead they place false information in their ad to create an ad that normally would never be on the site or would have to be taken down because of this information. While the member will be blocked from the site, served a cease and decist, this ad, being the property of the site, may be placed back to the original state or to an acceptable state deamed by the staff. After this the ad may be used on the site just like it was before but with perhaps a dunce cap on it saying "Nice Try, Do this and You will End Up Like Me!" or the false information may be placed side by side in the ad so others will see the results of an attempt like that, or their ad could also be made placed in an area for these types of ads in which jokingly humorous comments or such may be used to convey to others that you should follow the TOS or this is an example of what could happen if you do not! This is not nor do we wish to at anytime slander, harm or humiliate such member but since we are stating the facts plus you have been warned about this policy in these terms and in addition you cannot join this site unless you do agree or have written permission from the owners to void this on your ad, then this policy is valid and will be used to the fullest extent of the law. Sometimes there may be circumstances outside your control that created and issue and we do understand this but will request you supply us with these details in a timely fasion or as requested by our staff. Any and all use of this site requires acceptance of the TOS grants us, to the fullest extent of the law, permission, the said granted and agreed use, total release of anything of anytype, releases us from any wrong doing, release all rights (as allowed by law and if not for your area or such, please do not use the site) in regards to any recourse, nor have any legal recourse by suites or otherwise (as allowed by law), any and all fees, fines and/or anything deamed a cost because of this will be paid that member, and/or anything else not limited to just this list.

Example 2: A member places an ad and then a few months later decides to have their ad removed by placing illegal information in it. Their ad will first be recorded and saved so we can serve it to the proper authorities, it will then be archived and finally placed back to what it was before. ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITES CAN AND/OR WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND/OR OUR LEGAL TEAM. Depending on type and/or severity of illegal activity we can and/or will pursue charges to the fullest extent of the law! Our legal team will issue statements in regards to this case and these may be posted to this and/or other sites if appropriate and as allowed by law. Illegal activity is never allowed and be sure that we will pursue any and all legal actions against anyone engaging in them! Such actions could leavy high monetary costs, time, possible placement on your permanent record, reporting to all personal ad web sites for possible action on those sites as well, possible actions issued by the court and/or even possible jail time!

These examples are only one of the many. Our legal team has a list of ideas to deter memebers from defacing or engaging in illegal activites! Please understand that we run a free site which is basically a gift to the community. The thought that someone could try to harm or hinder this gift to the community is disrespectful to all in that community. By engaging in this mischief or other negative or illegal activites such as posting false, defacing or other information simply places a burden on our limited resources such as our time, other members time that is waisted because we could not get to them in a timely manner because of the time spent on such an ad, the consuming of our server resources for such negative activites degrades all members on that servers, takes away our limited customer service resources to spend cleaning up or pursing legal actions against the suspect, disrespects the site and the intentions of the site, breaks the terms of service for which you are granted permission to access this site in which case the said member would then be trespassing and/or many other issues. WE WILL NEVER TOLLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY TO RESTRICT OR DETER IT! USE OF THIS SITE REQUIRES ALL MEMBERS TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY UNLESS OTHERWISE GRANDED IN WRITTING BY THE OWNERS, IF A MEMBER DOES NOT AGREE THEN THEY MUST LEAVE NOW!

Our Models
Our Model(s) are used for illustrative purposes only and are not meant to endorse or suggest that these model(s) actually use that service, product, program or such. Some personal ads may contain pictures or content which is used for testing purposes. While these ads look real they are in the system for JockBod to use in order to run tests, statistical time checking, and the such.

Personal Ad TOS
Our Personal Ads are for the enjoyment of all members. Any member found posting objectionable, violent, illegal or material JockBod deams not related to the betterment of this site will have their account revoked. Emails between members are for the eyes of that member only and while JockBod reserves the right to review all and any Personal information personal ads, Emails or forwards, etc. at anytime. JockBod will typically not do this without proper cause or if ordered by law enforcement. Content on JockBod that is posted by members is not, at any time, considered personal. Members must understand that when submitting information to JockBod, they, in doing so, are giving a total release to all pictures, information, work product, images, sounds, movies and/or any material they post, upload, submit or anything else. Members are not allowed to upload anything that may violate any exising contracts, laws or such. All photos that are uploaded to JockBod are stored and archived. If your photo does not initially show up it may show up in the near future after our staff has reviewed, altered, or made it shareable. Our staff may reduce the size, crop, scale and/or alter in anyway images uploaded so that the image is sharable or useable on the site.

Pictures will typically only be used in the areas where the member has submitted them. If a member becomes a Certified or Ultimate JockBod then their pictures may be used throughout the site. To have an image removed from an area of the site other than the personals area, a member must email our staff using the email address associated with the personal ad they used to post that picture and request that that image(s) be removed. All pictures uploaded to the site are the responsibility of the member uploading them. By uploading pictures you accept full responsibility for all local, state or federal laws you may break because of these images. Your images are your responsibility and you release JockBod.com of any liability, or any wrong doing by using the service or uploading an image. This site is for people who work out who want to meet other people who work out and/or learn more about working out and fitness.

THIS SITE IS NOT for sex businesses, escorting, personal sex services, or prostitution. Ads or any type of posting related to this will be removed without warning and your network address(es) will be banned from use of the site. We will prosicute to the fullest extent of the law if necessary since the Terms of Service officially requests you cease and decist use of the site for these purposes. There are plenty of sites out there for this, please use one of those and not ours.

Personal Ad Pictures
Ads on JockBod.com allow a member to upload pictures or content to their ad. These pictures cannot contain copywritten material nor break any laws, local, federal or otherwise. These pictures must belong to the member uploading them. Any pictures submitted must meet the Adult Image rules and are fully released in accordance with the Product Release Agreement. If a member chooses to upload images to their profile, they must have at least 1 body shot that is identifiable as themselves or face picture that is identifiable as themselves. A Member must have at least one of these images uploaded to the site as either a shared, private, validated image or uploaded to the site prior and then deleted to be able to upload adult images in their profile. A profile can only have an adult image if that profile also has an identifiable body or face shot, whether shared or private, in it already and they can be one in the same. Meaning that an ad can contain only one picture, even an adult picture, if that adult picture containing a full body or face shot that can be identified as the person uploading it and if it meets the rest of the terms of service. Ads cannot contain adult images if their is not an associated body of face picture, or if that adult picture does not have the members identifiable face or body in it.

Photos with more than One Person
You cannot post pics of a person other than yourself unless:

1) The picture was taken in a public place where your camera was clearly visible and the other people in the photo are either willing parts of the photo or part of the background,
2) You are a photographer and have product, picture and/or royalty type releases from the said photographed person on the photo(s) which specifies that you can post it to the Internet and you have clearly stated that you are a photographer and these are models and not yourself. While photographers may place personal ads on the site they may only ask people to contact them and may not solicite members without written permission to do so from the webmaster,
3) The person in the photograph has their face and all identifiable body parts, such as a unique tatoo or birth mark, digitally altered so that they are not identifiable nor is the alteration done in an offensive or defamitory way,
4) Their is NO adult content in the picture. Adult content pics with more than one person are never allowed,
5) The photo is of your partner in which case you both must have agreed to be in the ad, you are not breaking any laws or being deceptive by placing their photo with you in the said ad, the uploading their photo to your ad was done after they reviewed the Terms of Service and agreed to allow you to upload the said image. You must label the image as being of your partner or such, to the extent that someone would not think it was you if they read the pictures comments,
6) If the photo has BOTH YOU and a child in it, that child must be your child, your legal responsiblity and/or you are allowed by law and with permission to use their photo on the Internet and in your ad and have notified all parties necessary to get this permission before posting. There cannot be any ads that contain a person under the age of 18 unless the picture is in a public setting and the child is either part of the party being photographed or part of the background and not identifiable. If the child is yours and part of a family type photo and you are not being deceptive nor breaking any laws you may post yourself with your child in your ad and must label the image as such. NO ADULT CONTENT MAY BE PART OF THIS AD AT THIS POINT! Only G rated photos are allowed in your personal ad once your child is present in your personal ad.
7) The photo meets the terms of service for posting to the site, you are not breaking any laws, being deceptive, and/or using an image without full permission from the identifiable persons in your photo.

Adult Images
Acceptable Adult Photos are of a single adult male or female over the age of 21, posing without any penetration, group shots or use of objects, toys, etc; in an environment where no other people are present, other than the adult being photographed. Adult photos are defined as the showing of the male/female genitals, penis, vulva, butt, anus and/or perianal area. Images showing the pubic hair is also considered adult. If your image shows these parts through clothing and they are clearly visible or the clothing is transparent, mesh or spandexed to the point of fully being able to cleary see an errection, testicle, libia major/minor, etc. please mark it as an adult image. Images of personals in spandex, latex, short shorts, bikini bottoms, etc. are allowed as non-adult images as long as your genitals are not clearly visible through the clothing (if the image would not make the cut for a sports or muscle magazine cover you must mark it as an adult image). Men are allowed to upload images of themselves in the nude both flacid and errect as long as that image meets the TOS. Members can show themselves posing and touching themselves in images as long as there is no penetration, act of violence, or objectionable suggestion in the image. Abuse of uploading adult images other than yourself, group shots or other objectionable photos can result in your account being suspended, revoked and even legal action brought against you. Images containing adult content may be removed at any time if they contain close ups of the perianal area, any shot showing the anus (such as spread ass shots and strongly suggesting penetration), any shot showing the inner portion of the vulva or vagina (such as spreading the female genitals to strongly suggest penetration), or other objectional adult images which will be determined at the sole descretion of the webmaster. Members are allowed to upload nudes that are in the spirit of this site only. The uploading of images containing elliminatory fluids, ejaculant, deffication, urination, or other bodily fluids are not allowed. Uploading of images that may contain illegal content will result in the immediate revocation of your account and possible legal action brought against you such as depictions or descriptions of violence, bestiality, incest, child pornography, and any other objectionable violations of law or user safety. JockBod reserves the right to remove any image at any time. The re-uploading of an image that has been removed will result in your account being suspended and your network being revoked.

Account Suspention and Revocation
This serves as notice that anyone who has had their account suspended or revoked may not access any site in the Beyond Living, Inc. community of sites. This includes JockBod.com. The suspention of an account serves as a cease and decist. No future or further communication with this site or company is allowed unless given written permission. Personals attempting to access the site after having their account suspended or revoked will result in possible legal action taken against them. These persons are considered trespassers since they are no longer welcome. Any and all funds for support of a Beyond Living, Inc. site will not be returned and is not paritally or wholely refundable. Suspention and revocation can be disputed with the webmaster with a single email sent every 30 days to request re-instatment for up to 6 months afterwhich time no future communication is welcome.

Free Upgrades
From time to time the site will issue free upgrades to accounts. There are a few rules and notes about free upgrades:

1) You cannot place a URL for other sites, our competition or have commercial links -- other than *100% FREE Personal* web site that is your and/or of your creation. We are giving you an upgrade which makes your profile appear on the homepage, displayed highest in the search listings and much more so we ask that you *NOT* advertise for the competition at our expense. If you want to do this please let us know and we will remove the upgrade then you can place the link in your profile.

2) Please do not advertise any commercial products, commercial web sites, ask members to visit another site/service in order to communicate or see you, place information which sends people to commercial or competition sites/services, place information about sex business or escort services, have links or advertisements in your profile (anywhere in your profile) unless approved ahead of time.

3) Your profile, profile pics and information posted should meet the Terms of Use/Service, be respectful, in the spirit of the site and help to create a positive environment at all times. The upgrade you received on your account is a gift and as such please help create a better site for everyone.

4) You must tell people about our site! This is a must! Actually, this rule can be ignored if you want but we really would like you to help spread the word!

Failure to follow these requirements will cause your account upgrade to be removed.

Email TOS
Use of the JockBod email system is for the contacting of our members for person(s) to person(s) contact only. Use of the email system to send Spam, solicite business, advertise for your business (free or not), ask for models, advertise for events, or any other use is against the terms of service unless you have received written permission to do so from our staff. This email system is for the specific purpose of giving our members the ability to contact other members. Since you can easily block a JockBod member from sending you email by simply clicking the block member link on a personal ad, it is advised that you do not give out your real email address until after you are sure you will not need to block this person. The sending of repeated emails, using multiple accounts, harrassment, etc. through the email system is not allowed. All reports should be made to the webmaster. Do not take action on your own or respond back. Our software allows for special types of filtering and blocking that only the webmaster has access to enable if harrassment is found to be an issue.

The service Badpuppy.com is allowed to contact members about modeling opportunities because they were key in the launching of this site and are given special consideration. They have written permission to ask a up to 5 members a day to do work with them or for them. They are only allowed to contact a member once and can contact you again if give them written permission through the JockBod.com email system to continue the contact.

Please report abuse of the email system to the webmaster or administrators immediately! This is a free site but abuse is not tollerated and spam will never be tollerated.

Voting
Voting on JockBod is totally voluntary and is for the enjoyment and entertainment of all members. Voting can be turned on or off at the will of the user under the personals preferences area. Voting may be suspended for members if 1) they vote overly negative, 2) voting is being abused by a member(s) or used in a way that could be viewed as harassment, 3) voting is totally for entertainment purposes and should not be used for any other purpose. Members found voting overly negative may have their votes removed and/or their voting privileges suspended without notice. Please be kind and vote nice!

Certified JockBod TOS
By creating a personal ad on JockBod.com you allow your pictures to be voted upon. This function can be turned off but the votes will not be removed if you have any and you will not be able to earn certified JockBod status. To become a Certified JockBod you must be voted on by your peers. Your peers vote on three categories body, face and sexiness. To qualify you must have the following:

At Least 100 Votes
At Least 3 Months of Active Voting on Your Ad
At Least one photo of you body without shirt on or a shirt on that shows your 'fit appearance’ by not coving your body or by having an artistic pose that shows the beauty of your body without clothes.
At Least one photo of your face since we have to be able to identify you; this may be sent privately to the webmaster!
You must have a fit appearance for the sport you are pursuing or if you are not pursuing a sport but instead have a 'fit appearance' for the health aspect then both shall be judged by your peers.
A fit appearance for a power lifter is a lot different than for a swimmer. When voting you must take into account the type of sport a Jock is pursuing, not just big muscles or tight abs.
You can have your votes reset if you 1) upload new photos that show improvement in your body, 2) did not upload photos that showed your face, body, etc before and have had negative votes because of it, or 3) would like to start from scratch.
A certified JockBod should be someone who has a fit appearance, takes care of themselves, respects their body, and lives a healthy lifestyle.
After earning the certification you can lose it if you do not stay in shape!

JockBod's Stance on Voting, Chemicals, Ultimate JockBods and 'Fit Appearance'
We understand that just because a person has a nice body does not mean they are healthy, well or compatible with you. Please understand the the site is to be used for the purpose of building a 'Muscle Fitness Community'. The people on this site have one thing in common, that they pursue 'Muscle Fitness' in some way or another, and because of this they have placed their ad on the site so that others with this interest can contact them. After finding someone you like, it is your responsibility to learn more about that person than what the pictures or ad may represent. You can do this through JockBod.com's private email system, email or however you want at your own risk. The site just introduces you to people at your own risk and does not guarentee they are whom they are representing nor can we validate this information for you since the Internet by design is an anonymous system. Instead it is a quicklist of their likes, dislikes, stats and what they look like. It is up to you to find out if their beauty and health is only skin deep, if they are living a fit and healthy lifestyle, or some shade in between and if that is what you are looking for in your motivation for contacting them. There is someone out there for everyone and if it was not so difficult to find the 'right person' then it would NOT be worth so much.

A higher score on this site does not mean you are a better person nor will persons with higher scores receive special treatment via support or such. The Certified JockBod icon represents that your peers have found your appearance to be fit, healthy and athletic. Other than the icon everyone is treated the same. Any healthy person can earn the Certified JockBod status. You just have to have a healthy fit appearance and are willing to show it off. A person in a wheel chair can just as easily earn the Certification as a professional body builder. If you do not take good care of your body then their are articles on the site about working out, dieting, and health which can help anyone become a Certified JockBod! The Certification just means that your peers believe that you have worked hard at having a healthy and fit body and want you to know it! Good Job! If your appearance is not quite fit or healthy then maybe it is time to start working out, dieting and taking better care of yourself because it is truely about "muscle fitness" not just muscle or beauty.

Some people put chemicals and/or non-natural/natural substances in their bodies to achieve results or a fit appearance. We do NOT endorse the use of chemicals unless they are required for your health, because of certain genetic disorders, waisting diseases, etc. or if they are prescribed to you under the supervision of your doctor for things such as life extension, etc. The use of illegal substances can land you in jail and black market drugs are NOT THE WAY TO GO. WE DO NOT ENDORSE THE USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES! If your body requires supplementation of certain hormones, then a doctor will prescribe them to you and monitor your health accordingly. We also respect the privacy of others and if they wish to use these substances and others chemicals that is their private business. They may not use the site to sell, transfer, distribute or in anyway break the law in regards to any illegal substance, or in any other way. Ultimate JockBods are persons who have bodies that are litterally works of art. One definition of art according to dictionary.com is:

When a person sets their mind up to consciously change their body, through hard work, healthy living and years of training; the result is a body that can be considered a work of art. This can be seen in all of our Ultimate JockBods. Their bodies are litterally living works of art. They are displayed on the site so that others can see what beauty the human body can obtain when properly trained. Hopefully this will motivate others to:

1) Start Living a Healthier Lifestyle because they can see that a healthy body is a good thing.
2) Show them what can be done with the human body and possibly give them a goal to work toward in a certain health, sport or fitness area. One might say, "I want Aj Abs" and because they see that Aj did it amd can learn how he did it they will work toward this fitness goal by healthy dieting, excercisingm, etc.
3) Challenge them to improve or exceed that which has preceeded them in a healthy and responsible way.

Please remember it is all about muscle fitness not muscle mass or bigger is better. If you are not obtaining your fitness goals in a healthy manner then you are only cheating yourself!

Your Email Address and Private Information
